I also had some experience with insurance chaser companies trying to get my insurance to pay for the whole roof, failing, and then a second storm hitting and causing more damage during the interim.
Andrew Powers handled my quote and post install inspection. He was very respectful, got me a good quote, and got me on his schedule for install very soon after I finally told the insurance chasers to pound sand. He got my fascia all up to par and repaired the hole where the old swamp cooler used to be.
He was extremely honest and forthright about the condition of my roof and his recommendations now and in the future.
It’s hard to find honest contractors with integrity, Andrew is one of those rare finds. I highly recommend his company.
He patiently walked us through the pros and cons of synthetics underlayment vs UDL for example, the warranties involved etc.
We just weren’t able to make the schedules line up, else we would have absolutely gone with Andrew and Independence Roofing.
We cannot recommend these guys enough to anyone looking for an honest and professional roofing contractor in PHX.
